Job Title: Pharmacy Technician: Urgently Hiring - Remote Pharmacy Support Specialist 
Pay: $20/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday, 2pm-11pm OR four 10 hour shifts
Start Date: October 20th, 2025

We are seeking a Pharmacy Support Specialist for a position for our client, a Pharmacy Benefits Management company located in the Columbus area. The Pharmacy Support Specialist will thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards. This is a remote position with an initial 5-week training process (3 weeks in-office training in Dublin, Ohio). You MUST live in Central Ohio in order to be considered for this position. 

As a Pharmacy Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Answer pharmacy calls and emails in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
  • Consult with claims adjusters regarding medications and pharmacy eligibility
  • Utilize proprietary programs to track inquiries and enter prescription information
  • Ensure escalated issues are referred to the management team appropriately

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Ohio Pharmacy Technician license (required)
  • Pharmacy Benefits Management experience (preferred)
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification (preferred)
  • Some customer service and/or call center experience
