Packer – 12 Hour Day or Night Shift | Weekly Pay | Concord, NC
Now Hiring Full-Time Packers in Concord, NC – Immediate Openings Available

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Packers for a leading photo imaging and information delivery solutions company in Concord, North Carolina. If you’re looking for steady hours, competitive pay, and a consistent schedule, this opportunity offers both day and night shift options.
Pay Rates:

  • Day Shift: $16.00 per hour

  • Night Shift: $17.00 per hour

  • Weekly Pay
Available Schedules:

  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (2-2-3 rotating schedule)

  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday – Thursday)

  • Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts
Job Responsibilities:

  • Pack ink cartridges, printed photos, and specialty cards into boxes

  • Insert products into protective plastic sleeves

  • Box sleeved products into cases

  • Seal and palletize completed cases

  • Enter basic production data into computer systems

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:

  • Experience in commercial packing, packaging, or assembly preferred

  • Basic computer skills for data entry

  • Ability to stand and move for the full 12-hour shift

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Steel toe boots required

  • Team-oriented with strong reliability and attendance
