Pay: $18/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM (may vary)
Start Date: ASAP (Temp-to-Hire)

As a Packer, you’ll be vital in the final stages of production, making sure every product is packaged neatly, accurately, and ready for shipment. You will work closely with the production team to maintain quality standards and ensure efficient operations.

What You’ll Do:
As a Packer, you will be responsible for:
  • Packing tubing products at the end of the production line in a neat, precise, and consistent manner to meet customer requirements.
  • Conducting visual inspections of tubing attributes to ensure post-production pack integrity.
  • Verifying labels for proper lot traceability and performing final quality checks before products leave the packaging area.
  • Preparing packaging materials such as poly wrap, poly bags, cartons, and spacers for each lot.
  • Monitoring laser parameters and responding to process control alarms to maintain quality.
  • Keeping the packing area organized, clean, and compliant with cleanroom standards.
  • Vacuuming tanks twice weekly and performing other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience & Skills: Strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities
  • Personal Traits: Positive attitude, highly organized, dependable, and a team player
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist, stand for 8–10 hour shifts, and handle materials up to 72" in length without contact with the floor
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to stay until work is complete
