Administrative RN – Outpatient Clinic 
Mayfield Heights, OH
Full-Time | Monday–Friday + 1 Saturday/Month
Pay - $42-44/hr depending on experience level 

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with strong administrative and prior authorization experience to join our laid-back outpatient clinic in Mayfield Heights, OH. This role is ideal for an organized, tech-savvy nurse who thrives in a small team environment and enjoys both clinical communication and behind-the-scenes coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle prior authorizations efficiently and accurately

  • Triage messages and communicate effectively with physicians and providers

  • Review and follow up on lab results, patient messages, and provider instructions

  • Utilize Office 365 tools for documentation, messaging, and coordination tasks
Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in the state of OH

  • Experience with prior authorizations required

  • Strong computer skills; proficient in Office 365

  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through

  • Outpatient or administrative RN experience a plus
Schedule:

  • Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Tuesday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • One Saturday/month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
