Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a multinational retail and wholesale company that operates grocery stores and e-commerce businesses in Europe and the United States and we are looking for a Asset Protection Analyst!  This is a full time 1st shift position in Salisbury, NC.

Pay: $20-$22/hr BOE
Shift: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday


What You’ll Do:
  • Monitor point-of-sale (POS) transactions across all Brands using the Exception Based Reporting Tool (EBR) to identify loss patterns and behavior anomalies.
  • Analyze pharmacy inventory activities—including transfers and shipments—using Pin-Point Audit and collaborate with the Pharmacy Team to verify discrepancies.
  • Review CCTV footage to support investigations and validate suspicious activities impacting brand profitability.
  • Collaborate with Asset Protection Analysts and the Manager of Investigations & Analytics to enhance communication, workflow, and process improvements.
  • Document findings, maintain investigation logs, and generate reports shared with Asset Protection Brand Representatives.
  • Maintain and update data classification protocols, ensuring secure and relevant data access for business users.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs by performing additional related duties as required.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Associate’s Degree or High School Diploma
  • 2–5 years of experience in retail operations, data analytics, asset protection, finance, or related fields
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote)
  • Familiarity with retail risk assessment, internal controls, and operational best practices
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data trends to support investigations
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a retail cash office environment
  • Exposure to pharmacy operations or healthcare compliance
