Job Description
Helpmates Staffing is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Inside Sales Staff member to join our team. This role involves handling inbound calls, processing sales and warranty orders, providing excellent customer support, and assisting occasionally with light warehouse tasks such as labeling and packing small parts.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate:Â $19.00/hour
Duration: Temp-to-hire
Job Duties:Â
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide product or order information
- Generate and process sales orders in a timely manner
- Handle warranty order processing and related customer inquiries
- Provide general customer service and support via phone and email
- Occasionally assist with packing small parts and labeling packages
- Print and apply shipping labels as needed
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or order processing preferred
- At least 1 year of experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in both office and light warehouse environments
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and order system navigation
- Ability to start work promptly at 6:00 AM
