Job Title: Food Service Associate – Urgently Hiring
Pay: $20.14/hour
Hours: Thursday–Monday, 4:00PM–8:00PM; However very open to bringing an employee on for a 12pm-8pm shift
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Food Service Associate for a temp-to-hire role in Dover, NH. You’ll support kitchen operations and ensure patients receive meals courteously, promptly, and according to food safety guidelines. Success in this role means delivering excellent service and upholding high cleanliness and dietary standards in a healthcare setting. This position requires holiday availability and offers full-day shifts post-training for the right candidate.
As a Food Service Associate, you will:
  • Deliver and return meal trays to up to 120 patient rooms each shift 
  • Clean dishes and trays in the dish room for reuse 
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas while following food safety procedures 
  • Interact kindly and professionally with patients and staff 

The ideal candidate will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior food service experience, especially in healthcare settings 
  • A friendly, customer-service-focused demeanor
  • Physical stamina (standing/walking through shifts)
  • Dependability and excellent communication
  • Slip-resistant footwear (uniform, PPE provided)
  • Food safety awareness
