Job Title: Front Office Customer Service Worker Urgent Hire
Hours:Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
Pay:$20/hr-$25/hr DOE
Start Date:ASAP
We are looking for a Front Office Customer Service Worker for a temporary position that could be a Temp-Hire position for the right person, for our customer the areas #1 provider of roofing materials located in Eugene, Oregon. The Front Office Customer Service Worker will play an essential role in providing excellent customer service in this fast paced work environment. The ideal candidate will maintain an organized and safe environment while actively contributing to the dynamic operations of the office. This is a great opportunity to be part of a large and local building supply operation located in Eugene, Oregon.

As a Front Office Customer Service Worker, you will be responsible for: 
  • Answer Phones
  • General Order taking
  • Input orders into database
  • Deal with repeat contractors 

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • PRIOR COUNTER SALES EXPERIENCE
  • Detail orientated
  • Must have good verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills preferred (Excel & Word) but not required 
  • Must have customer service experience
