Job Title: Powder Coat Sprayer Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Hours: Monday through Thursday  6 AM - 4:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Temp to perm

We are seeking a Powder Coat Sprayer for a full-time, Temp-Hire position with our client, a reputable manufacturing facility located in Tangent OR. The Powder Coat Sprayer will play an essential role in applying high-quality powder finishes to various parts in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will accurately read work orders, prepare parts, manage curing processes, and maintain a clean, organized spray booth. This is a great opportunity to be part of a professional facility and further your career in manufacturing.

As a Powder Coat Sprayer, you will be responsible for:
  • Accurately reading work orders and selecting the appropriate powder from inventory
  • Ensuring parts are properly prepared and conducting final blow-downs before coating
  • Moving parts into ovens, checking for proper curing, and inspecting coverage
  • Managing the cool-down process, keeping accurate job records, and returning unused powder to inventory
  • Cleaning and maintaining spray guns and hoses

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • 2+ years of powder coating experience (not including automated line work)
  • Familiarity with finishes such as candies, illusions, and clears
  • Excellent attendance and reliable transportation
  • Ability to follow safety and manufacturer instructions
