Job Title: Temporary Administrative Support for Quality Department
Location: 155 N Occidental Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90026– On-Site Only
Pay Rate: $24/hour
Schedule: Part-time (24 hours/week – 3 days/week, 8-hour days)
Duration: Project-based, through July 30, 2025
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Support Specialist to assist with a focused document management project. This is a short-term assignment ideal for someone with strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Primary Focus: Break down and format the employee handbook into individual Word documents and upload into our document management system (DocTract)

Format and organize department-level policies and procedures (P&Ps)

Transcribe and format meeting minutes from recordings

Create simple flyers using Canva
-
Organize and verify training records (Relias platform experience a plus)

Support audit preparation by scanning and preparing files

Assist with shredding of approved documents under supervision
Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and overall Microsoft Office Suite

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Previous administrative or document management experience preferred

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Ability to quickly learn new software systems

Comfortable working fully on-site
