Job Description


Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring a Packaging Associate to prepare aluminum extrusion products for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll be packing current and new orders, organizing the warehouse, and relocating materials.

Packaging Associate
Location: Boardman, Canfield, Struthers OH Areas
Shift:     1st shift 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
             2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
             3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am
Pay: $17.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Package aluminum extrusions per company and customer specifications
  • Inspect materials for quality before packaging
  • Wrap, box, and label items for shipment
  • Use basic tools and packaging machinery
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Support the team in meeting daily goals

Requirements:
  • Manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Reliable with good attendance
  • Willing to work overtime or weekends when needed
