Pay: $18.50/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (8-hour shift within that range, with OT as needed)
Start Date: Mid-August
Duration: Through January 2026, possibly longer with Temp-to-Hire potential

We are seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator for a long-term Temp-to-Hire opportunity with our client, a reputable sustainable manufacturer located in Corvallis, OR. The Warehouse Machine Operator will play an essential role in the safe and efficient movement of inventory, equipment operation, and material tracking. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating a forklift as well as other machines, with the flexibility to be on and off equipment throughout the day. As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating various machinery including molded fiber machines, beaters, and forklifts

  • Performing shipping, receiving, and storage duties for finished goods and raw materials

  • Utilizing computer systems for data entry and inventory tracking

  • Troubleshooting equipment and submitting maintenance requests

  • Assisting with moving and backing trailers safely within the warehouse premises

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience

  • Prior forklift experience (certification preferred)

  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and data entry

  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems

  • Strong knowledge of pallet configurations inside 53-foot trailers

  • Valid Oregon Driver’s License

  • Leadership skills and ability to coordinate team activities

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
