Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist with strong Excel skills—Pivot Tables are a must—and 3 Years of medical billing experience. This hybrid role offers a flexible work schedule and the chance to contribute to meaningful, community-focused work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage complex reports using Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables)

  • Support medical billing tasks and ensure accurate data entry

  • Maintain and organize essential records and documentation

  • Provide administrative support to internal teams and assist with project coordination

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Education/Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; 60 hours of college coursework preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Medical Billing experience

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables required)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
