Helpmates Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Print Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be independently responsible for operating and maintaining printing equipment to produce high-quality. This is a hands-on position that requires strong focus, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision after the training period.

Duration: Temp-to-hire
Location: Buena Park, CA
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 2:30 PM – 1:30 AM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.

Job Duties: 
  • Operate and maintain a printing machine in accordance with job specifications and production schedules
  • Perform setup, feeding, quality control, packaging, and scanning of printed products
  • Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting of the machine to minimize downtime
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Accurately complete job documentation and production records

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a print machine operator preferred (experience on any single-operator machinery acceptable)
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

  • This position is largely independent after training; minimal interaction with other staff is expected
