Job Title: Customer Service Representative- Hybrid (Immediate Need)
Customer Service Representative Pay Range: $21.00-$22.00
Customer Service Representative Schedule: 6:00am-2:30pm for training then 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday Hybrid-3 days in office Tuesday- Thursday and Monday & Friday- remote
We are seeking a customer service-oriented Customer Service Representative for a hybrid opportunity supporting the maintenance department of a large, national Property Management organization.
The Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Handle inbound telephone calls residents regarding service needed for appliances not working properly

Coordinate and oversee all repairs and maintenance projects on occupied homes through to completion

Create and manage work orders and purchase orders

Submit Works Orders to vendors and update vendor work order memos according to standard workflow

Create POs along with proper GL Codes and make sure all vendor Purchase Orders are approved and completed properly in order for AP to process vendor payments efficiently

Review and approve all invoices submitted for POs within approval level
The Maintenance Coordinator/Dispatcher Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
-
Prior customer service experience
-
Excellent attention to detail
