Job Title: Onboarding Specialist Location: West Los Angeles Area
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Temporary Assignment
Pay Range: $24.00 - $25.00
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new hires, setting them up for success from day one. You will act as a liaison between HR, and new employees to facilitate paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Prepare and process new hire paperwork, including credentials, tax forms, and background checks.
- Conduct orientation sessions and introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and expectations.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure new hires have the necessary tools and access.
- Maintain accurate records of employee onboarding progress in HR systems.
- Provide ongoing support to new hires during their initial period with the company.
- Identify and implement improvements in the onboarding experience.
