Job Description


Job Title: Bookkeeper
Pay: $27.00
Hours: 9:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday 
Start Date: ASAP

Long-standing, small, family owned CPA firm with very little turnover is seeking a Bookkeeper!  Please call our office at 541-746-6200 for help applying!

Duties and Responsibilities for Bookkeeper:
  • Process invoices for payment
  • Receive payments and record in Quickbooks
  • Make A/R call on past due accounts
  • Assemble Tax Returns
  • Process weekly, bi-weekly & monthly payroll for several customers
  • Prepare quarterly payroll tax returns
  • Answer phone
  • Greet visitors

Skills and Qualifications for Bookkeeper:
  • Must be proficient using Quickbooks
  • Must have Experience processing payroll

Job Details for Bookkeeper:
  • Temp-Hire
  • Monday-Friday 9am-4pm Bust be able to work 8am - 6pm during busy season. 
  • $27.00/hour DOE
