Job Title: Pharmacist - Closed Door Compounding Facility

Pay: $63-65/hr (based on experience)

Hours: 1st and 2nd shift openings - Monday through Friday, no weekends required!

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Pharmacist for a full-time position for our client, a closed-door compounding facility located in Fairfield, Ohio. The Pharmacist will verify prescriptions, lead implementation of new pharmacy projects, and ensure regulatory compliance. The Pharmacist will thrive in a supportive environment with management dedicated to fostering long-term careers and professional growth! 

As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:
  • Verifying prescriptions, conducting drug utilization reviews, reviewing prior authorizations, and facilitating prescription transfers to ensure timely medication access.
  • Leading the implementation of new pharmacy projects and initiatives within established timelines.
  • Ensuring compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A current, active pharmacist license in Ohio in good standing.
  • At least one year of experience working as a pharmacist.
  • A strong sense of reliability, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
