Job Title: Production Associate – Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $16/hour
Hours: 6:00AM – 2:30PM, Monday – Friday 
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking Production Associates for a seasonal, full-time position with our client, a manufacturer located in Lebanon, Oregon. The Production Associates will assist in the creation of artificial holiday foliage, including branches, garlands, and wreaths, as well as the assembly of decorative structures. Success in this role means working efficiently with repetitive hand motions and attention to detail while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to support peak seasonal production in Lebanon, OR.

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Assembling artificial holiday foliage from raw materials into branches, garlands, and wreaths
  • Attaching light strings, plugs, and decorative elements when required
  • Following production processes and maintaining quality standards
  • Performing repetitive hand and finger motions, as well as sitting/standing for extended periods
  • Potentially operating production equipment (cutters, grinders, benders, solders etc.) as trained

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small parts
  • Good vision, finger dexterity, and comfort with repetitive tasks
  • Ability to sit, stand, stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch throughout the shift - Lots of sitting
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
