Job Title: Project Coordinator
Pay: Salary starting at $45,000+ DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Project Manager for a Temp-to-Hire position with our client, a reputable manufacturer located in Medford, Oregon. The Project Manager will play an essential role in overseeing projects and ensuring smooth operations across the company. The ideal candidate will maintain an organized and safe environment while actively contributing to the efficient distribution of products. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, managing, and tracking projects from start to finish

  • Coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables

  • Monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring project objectives are met

  • Communicating regularly with stakeholders and leadership on project status

  • Maintaining project documentation, reports, and schedules

  • Utilizing Excel to manage data, timelines, and project tracking tools

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, tracking spreadsheets)
