Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor – Urgently Hiring
Pay: $22/Hr to $25/Hr., (based on experience)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP. to Hr.

We are seeking a Quality Control Supervisor for a full-time position with our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in tubing products, located in Portsmouth, NH. The Quality Control Supervisor will oversee in-process and final inspections of tubing to ensure compliance with established specifications and quality standards. Success in this role means maintaining high-quality output, adhering to cGMP and ISO 9001:2015 standards, and effectively leading the quality control team.

As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing in-process inspections to ensure tubing meets drawing specifications using precision measuring devices.

  • Reviewing operator inspection reports and traveler information for accuracy.

  • Identifying and segregating non-conforming material for Material Review Board (MRB) disposition.

  • Maintaining accurate and legible records of inspections and test results.

  • Ensuring compliance with cGMP and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

  • Monitoring the extrusion process and communicating with operators to maintain product quality and output efficiency.

  • Assisting in training new team members on quality control procedures and equipment.

  • Conducting audits and inspections of production equipment, materials, and finished goods.

  • Implementing corrective actions for identified quality issues.


The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or relevant manufacturing experience.

  • Strong knowledge of extrusion processes, equipment, and procedures.

  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).

  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with the role.

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality control methodologies.
