Job Description


Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a large family-owned company focused on creating food service solutions in the US and around the world.  We are looking for 1st shift Reach Truck Operators!  This is a full time 1st shift position in Mebane, NC.

Pay: $17/hr
Shift: 6:30am-3pm Mon - Fri

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate reach trucks and forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve products.

  • Load and unload trucks and staging areas.

  • Put inventory into racks for storage.

  • Use RF scanners or other tracking systems to locate and verify products.

  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure products are stored in the correct locations.

  • Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance needs.

  • Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.

  • Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Proven experience operating reach trucks and forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

  • Current forklift certification (or ability to obtain).

  • Experience with inventory tracking systems preferred.

  • Familiarity with RF scanners is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
