Job Title: Repair Service Technician
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Torrance, CA


Position Overview:
We are seeking a Repair Service Technician to diagnose and repair our Client’s products in the city of Torrance, CA. The ideal candidate will have recent, hands-on soldering experience and a strong background in electronics or motorized product repair. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established company.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair Client’s products (small rotary drills, electric files, etc.).
  • Utilize soldering iron to repair circuit components and connections – soldering experience is mandatory.
  • Perform repairs on small electronics and motorized devices.
  • Communicate with customers over the phone to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
  • Accurately document repair activities, send and respond to emails.
  • Manage time efficiently and prioritize daily tasks.
  • Work independently without constant supervision.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience using a soldering iron – candidates without soldering experience will not be considered
  • Experience in electronics repair, small motorized tools, or circuit board assembly
  • Strong verbal communication skills for customer interaction
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, documentation, service reports)
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Excellent time management and reliability
