Job Title: Shipping & Yard Worker - Urgent Hire!
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hour, DOE
Hours:  Monday-Thursday, 7:00AM - 5:30PM
Must be willing to work an occasional Friday/Saturday (occurs on a rare occasion but is necessary at times)
Start Date:ASAP

We are seeking a Shipping & Yard Worker for a Temp-Hire position with our customer, a long-standing utility trailer manufacturer that offers American-Built products, including utility, cargo, horse, livestock, and specialty trailers located in Coburg, Oregon. 
The Shipping & Yard Worker will play an essential role in the hands on logistics of trailers and trailer parts. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a large and local manufacturing facility and further your career in this industry, located in Coburg, Oregon.

As a Shipping & Yard Worker, you will be responsible for:
  • Load/Unload trailers, tires, boards, and other materials
  • Inspect trailers (or trailer parts) to ensure they meet quality and shipping standards before dispatch.
  • Coordinate with the production team to confirm that finished products are ready for shipping.
  • Ensure trailers are properly loaded, secured, and protected for transport to avoid damage during transit.
  • Clean up the yard as needed

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • This job is 100% outdoors working in the yard
  • This is a physical job, loading and unloading materials (Tires, Boards, etc) 
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs as needed throughout the day and up to 75lbs with a Team-Lift
  • Must be able to read & use a tape measure
  • A high level of Attention to Detail is a must!
  • Must display a 'Sense of Urgency' - this is a fast-paced production facility!
