Job Title: Mechanical Assembler (2nd Shift)
Pay: $20/HR
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM + OT on Fridays
Start Date: 08/12/2025

As a Mechanical Assembler, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality industrial assemblies, ensuring products are built accurately, safely, and to exact specifications. You’ll work closely with a supportive production team to keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for:
  • Working across multiple assembly substations, including building electrical exchangers, sub-assemblies, wiring, testing, and crating.
  • Utilizing various tools, including manual and air-powered wrenches and screwdrivers.
  • Reading and interpreting work instructions and assembly blueprints.
  • Ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of manufacturing and/or assembly experience.
  • Mechanical inclination and proficiency with hand tools.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Rochester, NH, with a schedule of Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM, plus overtime on Fridays. Training will take place on 1st shift.
