Assembler — Urgently hiring in Orrville, OH!

Job Title: Assembler
Pay: $21 per hour
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Overtime available every other Friday)
Start Date: ASAP

As an Assembler, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring quality and efficiency in the assembly process. You will work closely with the assembly team to produce high-quality products that meet strict standards and contribute to the company’s success.

What You’ll Do:
As an Assembler, you will be responsible for:
  • Assembling ventilation system products using a variety of hand and power tools to meet production specifications.
  • Managing the complete assembly process, including building, testing, and palletizing finished products.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area by performing regular cleaning and safety checks.
  • Supporting team operations by completing additional tasks as assigned to ensure smooth workflow.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or assembly work.
  • The physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive movements for 8-12 hours.
  • Capability to regularly lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures within a manufacturing setting.
