Job Title: CNC Machinist
Pay: $22 - $30/hr (based on experience)
Hours: 1st Shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm OR 7 am - 3:30 pm

As a CNC Machinist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the precision and quality of our machining processes. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional results and foster a collaborative work environment.

What You’ll Do:
As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for:
  • Setting up and operating CNC machines independently to produce high-quality parts.
  • Meeting production schedules and deadlines while maintaining strict quality standards.
  • Communicating effectively with the CNC machining team, providing coaching and leadership.
  • Reporting production metrics and goals to management and offering constructive feedback.
  • Diagnosing tool wear patterns and determining causes to maintain optimal performance.
  • Performing quality inspections on components and processes at the bench.
  • Collaborating with tooling and equipment vendors to implement optimal manufacturing solutions.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of CNC Machinist experience with a strong background in setting up CNC equipment.
  • Prior experience as a CNC Programmer is highly desired; over 5 years of relevant work history is preferred.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and a solid understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts and the ability to utilize SFM (Speeds and Feeds) for manufacturing complex alloys.
  • Strong math skills and a High School Diploma (or equivalent); advanced education in a related field is a plus.
