Pay: $16.00 per hour
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

As a Distribution Center Picker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting daily operations within our dynamic client’s facility. You’ll collaborate closely with the production team to ensure a smooth workflow and uphold high-quality standards, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

What You’ll Do:
As a Distribution Center Picker, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing daily tasks as prescribed by your supervisor or lead.
  • Conducting visual inspections of materials during the assembly process to prevent defects and minimize scrap.
  • Ensuring the quality of assembled products at your workstation and throughout the production line.
  • Accurately interpreting production documentation, including order forms and customer instructions.
  • Offering written suggestions for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintaining strict compliance with FDA and ISO control standards and record-keeping requirements.
  • Upholding safety policies while ensuring excellent workplace safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Completing all required training applicable to your assigned position.
  • Exhibiting flexibility, creativity, and a readiness to take on new responsibilities as needed.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic math skills necessary for inventory and order computations.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-10 hours, with the capacity for bending, twisting, and squatting as required.
  • A flexible attitude and willingness to work in all areas as needed.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of quality standards pertaining to visual inspections.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well both independently and within a team environment.
  • Availability to work overtime on short notice and readiness to be cross-trained.

Location & Schedule:
