Job Title: Press Operator / Die Setter (1st Shift)
Pay: Starting at $22/hr, 45 days Hire In rate: $23.30/hr, Top Rate (Within 8 months): $27.33/hr

As a Press Operator / Die Setter, you’ll work closely with the production team to set up, operate, and troubleshoot high-volume stamping presses. You’ll also handle die installations and adjustments to keep operations running efficiently and safely.

What You’ll Do
As a Press Operator / Die Setter, you will be responsible for:
  • Safely installing, aligning, and securing stamping dies into presses according to specifications.
  • Setting up and adjusting press functions like shut height, stroke, and material feed systems.
  • Conducting trial runs and helping with inspection of first parts to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Troubleshooting mechanical issues and making precise adjustments during production to minimize downtime.
  • Operating high-volume presses with attention to safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.


What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or factory environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on mechanical skills, especially with equipment or small repairs.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance are essential.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards is a plus.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screenings (we are a Drug-Free Workplace).
