Job Title: Embroidery Machine Operator
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM; 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our fast-paced production team, ensuring quality craftsmanship while contributing to our supportive, performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:
As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Setting up and operating multi-head embroidery machines with the appropriate threads, needles, and materials.
  • Interpreting design specifications to ensure proper placement and alignment of embroidery.
  • Inspecting completed products for quality and promptly addressing any issues that arise.
  • Performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting on the machines.
  • Hooping and preparing garments accurately for embroidery.
  • Maintaining organized records of machine settings, inventory, and completed work.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A High School Diploma or GED (Required).
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Embroidery or sewing experience is a HUGE plus.
  • Great manual dexterity, as this is precise, detailed work that requires constant manipulation of hands and fingers.
  • Patience to re-thread needles on the machine multiple times throughout the day.
  • Coachability and a willingness to learn, with the ability to keep up with training.
  • The ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for the entirety of your shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet hourly production goals.
  • Good communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
  • Reliable transportation.
