Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Wire Harness Assembly Associates for a manufacturing facility in Ravenna, OH. This is a full-time opportunity with steady hours, weekly pay, and potential long-term career growth.

  • Pay: $17.00 per hour
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Ravenna, OH
Available Shifts
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Responsibilities
  • Assemble wire harnesses and electrical components according to work instructions
  • Install tubing, fittings, connectors, and related assembly parts
  • Tighten fittings and components to specifications
  • Perform repetitive manufacturing and assembly tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Inspect finished products for quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 6+ months of manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, or general labor experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to follow written instructions
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed
