Job Title: Manufacturing Machine Operator
Hourly Rate: $20+ per hour, Based on Experience
Schedule: Monday - Thursday (2 shifts: 5:30am-1:30pm or 7:00am-3:00pm)
 

Job Description:

Looking for an opportunity to help you further build your career in manufacturing? We are hiring Machine operators for a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position involves producing high-quality products and inspecting them for accuracy and quality. Whether you have manufacturing experience or are new to the field, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:
  • To produce products to meet established production levels.
  • Follow work instructions, specifications, and parts lists to prepare work for completion.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to all procedures and regulations.
  • Conduct quality control inspections within the warehouse, focusing on product accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality production.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 1-2 year of manufacturing experience 
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Exceptional hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to focus and work efficiently on repetitive tasks.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal).

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to handle materials and products using hands.
  • Able to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, walk, and reach within arm's length for long periods.
  • Ability to exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, up to 30 lbs. frequently, and up to 10 lbs. constantly.
  • Close visual acuity to perform tasks like product inspection and using measurement devices.
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures and varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and cold.
  • Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with temperatures above 90°F for extended periods.
