Job Title: 2nd Shift Aseptic Filling Operator
Pay: $21 per hour
Hours: 2PM - 10:30PM | Overtime available

You’ll play a critical role in supporting sterile manufacturing processes, setting up and operating high-precision filling machinery, and maintaining rigorous safety and cleanliness standards—all vital to delivering safe medicines to patients. You'll collaborate closely with the quality assurance team and production supervisors to uphold our commitment to quality and safety.

What You’ll Do:
  • Operate and monitor aseptic filling machinery to package liquid pharmaceuticals, ensuring all operations are performed in strict sterile conditions.
  • Follow aseptic gowning protocols, donning specialized cleanroom apparel such as coveralls, masks, hoods, and gloves to maintain a sterile environment.
  • Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work surfaces with medical-grade disinfectants before and after production runs.
  • Recognize and respond promptly to any issues by stopping the production line if safety or quality standards are compromised.
  • Accurately complete batch records and documentation to comply with FDA regulations, ensuring traceability and quality control.
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces to prevent cross-contamination and safety hazards.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

What You’ll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or related environments.
  • Manual dexterity and comfort working with small components and operating machinery.
  • Physical stamina to stand for 2 or more hours in full protective cleanroom gear.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) precisely.
  • Basic math skills for recording measurements and counts.
  • Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
