Job Description

Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a manufacturer specializing in precision machining production parts for the heavy truck industry and we are looking for a 2nd shift Machine Operator!

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM


Job Overview:
As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in safely operating production machinery while ensuring parts meet high-quality standards. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who thrives on precision, problem-solving, and teamwork.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Conduct basic quality inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
  • Maintain production targets and quality assurance standards
  • Assist in identifying and resolving machine issues
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment


What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to safely operate a forklift (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Proficient in basic math for measurements and troubleshooting
