Job Description

Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a plastic product manufacturer in Pineville, NC.  We are looking for a 2nd shift Production Quality Technician ASAP!

Shift: 2pm-10pm Mon-Fri
Pay: $16.50-$17.50/hr plus $1.50/hr attendance bonus

Summary
This position is responsible for product and process quality control and participates in the internal auditing process in compliance with IATF16949.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitor production operations for compliance with defined processes and quality standards.
  • Provide daily written reports to Quality Manager on quality and production activity.
  • Perform in-process production quality inspection in compliance with internal, regulatory, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure proper product identification and traceability.
  • Support shift coverage during employee absences.
  • Document findings related to processes and products.
  • Maintain good safety and housekeeping practices.
  • Perform duties in accordance with ISO/IATF16949 quality standards and guidelines.
  • Observe all company safety, personnel, and quality policies and practices.

Required Skills
  • Proficiency with small handheld gauges
  • Previous experience in manufacturing production Quality field

Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of plastics, extrusion, and injection/blow molding operations
