Machine Tender — Urgently hiring in Saco!

Job Title: Machine Tender
Pay: $20.00/Hr.
Hours: 11pm to 7am (Sunday night through Thursday night, with potential for extra shifts on Friday or Saturday), Training on 1st shift 7am to 3:30pm for the first week 
Start Date: ASAP

As a Machine Tender, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing the extruding process and ensuring materials are produced accurately and efficiently. You’ll collaborate closely with a small, dedicated crew to keep operations running smoothly and meet quality standards.

What You’ll Do
As a Machine Tender, you will be responsible for:
  • Monitoring the extruding line, scooping powder, and maintaining attention to detail to ensure product specifications are met
  • Reading blueprints to verify correct output and quality standards
  • Handling materials, standing for long periods, and moving continuously during your shift
  • Using hand tools and power tools as needed for setup and adjustments
  • Upholding safety protocols, including wearing steel toes, eye protection, and gloves supplied by the client


What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous manufacturing experience (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanically inclined mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
  • Experience with hand tools and power tools
  • Reliability and stability with attendance and schedule adherence

Location & Schedule:
