Pay: $21 - $23 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll support the HR department with essential administrative functions. You'll work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth operations, handle visitor interactions, manage communications, and assist with various office needs.

What You'll Do
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
• Greeting visitors and managing main reception duties
• Answering and directing phone calls efficiently
• Assisting with maintaining office supplies and ordering as needed
• Support engagement and team building events as needed
• Performing daily errands and office support tasks
• Assisting manufacturing team with shipment tracking and related tasks
• Handling other administrative duties as assigned

• Proficiency in computer software including Excel, Word, and Outlook
