As a 3rd Shift Harness Assembly Associate, you'll role purpose . You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do
As a 3rd Shift Harness Assembly Associate, you will be responsible for
  • Assemble wire harnesses and electrical components according to work instructions
  • Install tubing, fittings, connectors, and related assembly parts
  • Tighten fittings and components to specifications
  • Perform repetitive manufacturing and assembly tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Inspect finished products for quality & maintain a clean, organized workstation
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, or general labor experience
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to follow written instructions and maintain reliable attendance
