Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Training shift may shift to 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

As an Automatic Molding Machine Operator, your primary responsibility will be to operate and monitor a Sinto automatic molding machine, supporting the foundry’s production process with precision and safety. You’ll work closely with control systems and support systems to ensure smooth, efficient workflow. What You’ll Do:
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Operating a PLC-controlled automatic molding machine via digital HMI screens with attention to safety and quality standards.
- Monitoring equipment performance and making adjustments to optimize production.
- Managing conveyor-fed systems to move molds through various stages of manufacture.
- Assisting with sand system and machine feed processes to support consistent mould production.
- Following detailed instructions and adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety procedures and wearing PPE.
- Standing for extended periods and working in an industrial foundry environment.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machinery and digital control systems.
- Ability to learn and operate HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and PLC-based control systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent retention of instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a machine shop, CNC environment, or working with semi-automatic machinery.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Industrial foundry setting with temperature variations throughout the year.
- Exposure to dust (dust masks provided).
- Standing for most of the shift.
- Handling materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
