Job Title: Client Intake Coordinator
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

As a Client Intake Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face welcoming visitors and guiding them through available programs and services. You’ll work closely with the team to ensure a positive experience for all and help connect community members with the resources they need.

What You’ll Do
As a Client Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Welcoming visitors and creating a friendly first impression
  • Entering client information into electronic systems
  • Directing visitors to the appropriate departments and resources
  • Responding to questions and assisting with paperwork
  • Handling phone inquiries and general questions
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Supporting daily front-office operations
