Job Title: Cold Foam Operator
Pay: $20 - $24 per hour
Hours: 1st shift (Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM)

What You'll Do
As a Cold Foam Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating and maintaining foam production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Monitoring the production process, making adjustments as necessary to meet quality specifications.
  • Assisting in the setup and teardown of production lines, always adhering to safety protocols.
  • Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to reduce downtime.
  • Collaborating with team members to optimize operational efficiency and effective communication.

What You'll Bring

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining product quality.

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
