Selectemp is hiring Concrete Production Workers for a well-established concrete manufacturing company in Harrisburg, Oregon!

This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in construction, general labor, manufacturing, or other physically demanding jobs who want steady, full-time work with the opportunity to build a long-term career.
Pay & Schedule
  • Starting Pay: $23.19/hour
  • Pay Upon Hire: $25.05/hour after successful completion of Level 2 training
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 5:00 AM
  • Standard Shift: 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
  • Overtime: Frequent mandatory overtime, with shifts often extending to 4:30 PM 
  • Location: Harrisburg, OR
  • Position: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
  • Start Date: ASAP!
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be part of a hardworking production team manufacturing concrete products. Your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Tying rebar and preparing reinforcement materials
  • Building, setting, and securing concrete forms
  • Pouring, spreading, and finishing concrete
  • Measuring materials and reading tape measures accurately
  • Using hand tools and power tools
  • Performing physical labor, including lifting, bending, and moving materials
  • Keeping the production area clean and safe
What We're Looking For
We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty!
  • Comfortable with physically demanding work
  • Able to accurately read a tape measure
  • Familiar with basic hand tools and power tools
  • Willing and able to work early mornings and mandatory overtime
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience in concrete, construction, framing, rebar, or manufacturing is a plus!
What Could You Earn
At $23.19/hour, with overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular rate:
  • 40 hours/week: $927.60 gross
  • 50 hours/week: $1,275.45 gross
  • 55 hours/week: $1,449.38 gross

Examples are before taxes and based on overtime eligibility. Actual earnings depend on hours worked.
