Job Title: Certified Welder
Pay: $18.00 – $26.00/hr DOE
Hours: 40+ hours weekly, Tuesday-Sunday 6am-430pm
Start Date: ASAP

As a Certified Welder, you’ll be integral in building, repairing, and fabricating essential industrial components while ensuring project success and adherence to safety standards.

What You’ll Do:
As a Certified Welder, you will be responsible for:
  • Laying out, assembling, welding, and fabricating parts and machinery accurately and efficiently.
  • Reading and interpreting basic drawings and job instructions to ensure precision in your work.
  • Operating multiple shop and welding-related pieces of equipment effectively.
  • Maintaining shop tools, equipment, and a clean work environment to uphold safety and quality standards.
  • Following essential safety procedures required for mill site work to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned to support overall project success.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • At least 2 years of welding experience.
  • FCAW Certification with experience using flux core 1/16 wire.
  • Strong attention to quality and productivity in all aspects of work.
  • A reliable attendance record and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in an industrial mill site environment.
  • A team-oriented attitude paired with effective communication skills.
  • The physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform welding tasks throughout the shift.
