As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you’ll play a key role in decking and feeding logs into the sawmill, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations throughout the yard. You’ll work closely with a hardworking team that values reliability, precision, and teamwork to keep production moving strong. 

What You'll Do:
As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Decking logs using a shovel (Heavy Equipment not hand shovel)
  • Feeding logs into the sawmill with precision and care
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Working closely with your team to keep operations running smoothly
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High energy and a positive, team-oriented attitude 
  • 2+ years experience as Shovel Operator required
  • Ability to maneuver and lift 50+ lbs
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Comfort with bending, pulling, pushing, and twisting throughout the shift
  • A willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
