Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (schedule may vary based on project needs)

As a Construction Laborer, you'll support skilled tradespeople and help keep projects on track. You'll work closely with supervisors and team members to deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do


As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting carpenters and other tradespeople on-site to keep projects moving smoothly
  • Loading and unloading materials to support daily construction needs
  • Preparing job sites through cleanup and organization to maintain safety and efficiency
  • Helping with demolitions and safely removing debris
  • Using basic hand and power tools to assist with tasks, including general framing and siding support

What You'll Bring


The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Some construction or general labor experience (6 months preferred)
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform hands-on work throughout the day
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines and project procedures
  • Comfort using a tape measure for basic measurement tasks
