Job Title: Retail Associate
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible Part-Time (must include 1 weekend day)

As a Retail Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face of our shop. You’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations by assisting customers, handling sales, and ensuring every visitor leaves with a smile and a sweet.
 
What You’ll Do:

  • Greets customers warmly and provides excellent service to every visitor.

  • Operates the register and handles cash and credit transactions accurately using the Square system.

  • Assists customers with product selection and answers questions about products.

  • Restocks shelves and maintains a clean, organized, and inviting display area.
What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but being a "people person" is a must.

  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented mindset.

  • Reliability: Punctual and able to work independently during assigned shifts.

  • Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours within business limits, including at least one weekend day.

Location & Schedule:
