Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Associate
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: Tuesday & Thursday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

You’ll work closely with project managers to handle essential paperwork and scheduling tasks, contributing to smooth daily operations. You'll also help create a positive, professional experience for everyone who walks through the door.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Greeting walk-in customers and answering professional phone inquiries with a friendly attitude.
  • Supporting project managers with essential paperwork, filing, and scheduling tasks.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom floor for all visitors.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Proficiency in basic computer functions. Familiarity with Fishbowl or similar management software is preferred.
