As a Part Time Office Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring that each visitor and family is welcomed and treated with respect for their cultural values. You will work closely with your team and provide essential support to various departments to drive success.

What You’ll Do:
As a Part Time Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Delivering exemplary customer service with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
  • Answering incoming calls and efficiently distributing messages to the appropriate parties.
  • Proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assisting in the preparation of customer contracts and processing payments.
  • Providing vital support and assistance to other departments and team members as needed.
  • Maintaining organized file folders for vendors, equipment, and other necessary documentation.
  • Preparing correspondence and facilitating end-of-end financial records storage processes.
  • Assisting in general pricing inquiries and answering phones.
  • Performing other duties as assigned to support daily operations.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of prior experience in general office duties.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook; and experience with data entry.
  • Personal Characteristics: Excellent work ethic, including attendance, punctuality, positive attitude, and professional attire.
  • Communication: Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on interpersonal skills such as tact, patience, and diplomacy.
  • Language: Bilingual in Spanish is helpful.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Artesia, CA, and offers a consistent schedule from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
