What You’ll Do:
As a Café Associate Cook, you will be responsible for:
  • Preparing and cooking a variety of foods in a commercial kitchen setting to meet daily service demands.
  • Assisting with food preparation, portioning, and plating to ensure high quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas to uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Following all food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines during kitchen operations.
  • Supporting kitchen operations and collaborating with team members throughout your shift to ensure timely meal service.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous kitchen or cooking experience, with a focus on cold food preparation preferred.
  • Strong attendance habits and a reliable, punctual work ethic to contribute effectively to our team.
  • A clean, neat, and professional appearance suitable for a kitchen environment.
  • The ability to work independently while following instructions provided by team leaders.
  • Comfort working in a structured kitchen environment with a team-oriented attitude.

Important Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (proof of citizenship required).
  • Clean background check required to maintain a secure facility environment.

Dress Code:
  • Closed-toe shoes required.
  • Professional kitchen-appropriate attire (apron and hat provided on-site).
