Job Title: Furniture Sales Associate — Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $20/hour + potential for commission 
Hours: Wed - Sat, 10AM - 6PM and Sun 11AM-5PM
Start Date: ASAP

Do you enjoy meeting new people everyday? We’re partnering with a local furniture and mattress retailer in the Willamette Valley that thrives on exceptional customer experiences. As a Furniture Sales Associate, you’ll guide customers through products, answer questions, and help them find the perfect additions to their home. If you enjoy people, have a friendly personality, and want a role where your performance truly pays off, this is it!

What You'll Do:
As a Furniture Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional approach
  • Guide customers through product options and support informed purchasing decisions
  • Process sales transactions using point-of-sale systems
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries with customers and delivery partners
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
  • Assist with ordering and restocking merchandise
  • Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up as needed

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to lift and move mattress products as needed

Location & Schedule:
This is a temp to hire position on-site in Eugene, OR, and offers Wed - Saturday, 10AM - 6PM  and Sun 11AM - 5PM shifts.
